About Us

Building independence, one skill at a time

Special Education Transition Academy was founded to fill a gap that too many families face: the sudden uncertainty that follows graduation. We work with students who need structured, individualized support as they move from the classroom into adulthood.

Our programs focus on the practical — driving, communication, daily living — because independence is built through doing, not just learning about.

Driving Instruction

Patient, one-on-one driving lessons tailored to each student's pace and comfort level. We prepare students for the road with confidence and safety as the priority.

Skills are taught through hands-on, repeated practice in the environments where they matter — the road, the community, everyday situations.
